About Lana

Lana Gunn with Bloodhound I am a native to the Chico area, raised on a local cattle ranch in Butte Valley (formerly Pentz), located southeast of Chico. As a third-generation rancher, I appreciate the value and importance of Butte County's agricultural economy. I am also a mother of three adult children and three grandchildren, all educated in the Chico Unified School District. My daughters are both attending college in Chico and my son is an attorney in Dallas, Texas. My love for buying and remodeling my own homes over the years led me to a career in real estate. For the past 20 years, I have been a Chico REALTOR®, helping both families and investors alike in achieving their real estate goals. In my spare time I volunteer with the Butte County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team (BCSAR) and work with my bloodhound, Bentley. I am currently training Bentley to be a certified trailing dog.

I believe that getting to know my clients and their specific real estate goals is an essential beginning to any successful real estate transaction. Equally important is the dedication and hard work I put forth in helping each of my clients achieve those goals.
